2) Live progress with zero guesswork
While an upload runs, every file gets a radial conic-gradient percentage ring with the percentage displayed in the middle, live byte counters for sent and total size, the real upload speed in KB/s or MB/s, an elapsed-time counter, and a floating "Uploading files…" badge that stays visible while the queue is active.
